Ingredients:1 can (439 g) DEL MONTE Fresh Cut Sliced Pineapple, drained (reserve syrup)
1 tbsp cashew nuts, chopped
1/4 cup sweetened red kaong (optional)
1 tbsp calamansi juice
3/4 cup white sugar
2 envelopes (16 g each) unflavored gelatin, dissolved in 1/4 cup cold water
3 pc eggs, separated
1/3 cup all-purpose cream
Directions:1 ARRANGE DEL MONTE Fresh Cut Sliced Pineapple, cashew nuts and kaong at the bottom of desired gelatin mold. Set aside.
2 COMBINE calamansi juice, sugar, 1/2 tsp iodized fine salt and pineapple syrup. Cook until sugar is dissolved. Add gelatin, then stir to dissolve completely. Set aside.
3 BEAT egg yolks. Add gelatin mixture. Cook over low heat with continuous stirring for 4-5 minutes. Beat egg whites until stiff, then add to egg yolk mixture. Remove from flame. Cool slightly then add cream. Blend well. Pour into prepared mold. Cool then chill until set. Unmold and slice.

Thursday - answer the phone by left ear  - dont drink coffee twice a day  - dont take pills w+ cold water  (hehehehe) - dont have huge meals after 5pm  - reduced the amount of OILY food you consume  (sa sugar din) - drink more water in the morning, less than night  (hehehehehe) - keep distance from hand phone chargers  - dont use head phones / ear phones for long perioed of time  - best sleeping time is from 10pm to 4am in the morning  - dont lie down immediately after taking medicine  - when battery is down to last bar, dont answer the phone, as the radiation is 100 times

I always experienced this everyday (weekdays) at MRT - North Station, 7am. *whew* Especially today, its first day BACK TO SCHOOL. OMG! Ang daming tao!  Tumayo ka lang they push you to get in the train hahahaha ..

OUCH! I've been pissed nowdays ... This week is quite okay though the week is not yet done .. To be honest 'm trying to pull the days / months ... i want something NEW ... its like your in other place that NO one can say a fucking words to you .. something like you can explore more of YOU. Oh well, i want my PASSPORT NOWWW!!! As in NOW! But wag muna pala JP promised me that we will going to Anawagin *yay* 'm suuuuupa excited for that.
